How Far In Advance Do I Need to Order?
Our cakes, cupcakes, muffins, brownies, bundt cakes, loaves and cheesecakes are baked fresh to your order. NOT mass produced and warehoused. We are a small but EXTREMELY BUSY family owned and operated dedicated specialty bakery, which creates all items by hand fresh to order for each of our customers; therefore, we require a minimum of 2 – 3 weeks (varies depending on order volumes) in advance pre-order time during non holiday seasons. HOWEVER, if you NEED this item for a specific date you MUST place your order via phone so that we can verify your date availability in advance of order placement.

When Will My Order Ship?
We ship our delicate cakes, cupcakes & muffins Monday – Thursday only. If you place your order online it will be printed and placed in line for creation to be filled in the order in which it is received. Our baking schedule is extremely busy therefore our turn around time varies depending on volume of orders, time of year, holidays, etc. Again, if you need this for a specific date please call to check our schedule before placing your order 423-876-1922. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed online via our shopping cart.

How Will My Order Ship? Our Cakes, cupcakes, muffins, brownies, bundt cakes, loaves and cheesecakes are shipped via

NEXT DAY AIR ONLY and are shipped frozen all year long to protect them during shipment.

Please note that Next Day Air simply means the method of shipment once your order has been created and does NOT mean that your order will be created and shipped 1 day, nor does it mean your order will receive priority for creation over and above existing orders.

Hot Weather Shipping:
During hotter months (usually March – October - subject to change according to current temperatures at time of order) our cakes are shipped with special heat safe packaging to protect them during shipping. There is a $8 -$12 Heat Safe Packaging Fee depending on the size of the package and shipping destination. Some areas require more ice packs to ensure your product will arrive safely.

NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING MUST be selected at checkout.
Our cakes, cupcakes, muffins, brownies, bundt cakes, loaves and cheesecakes are all natural and highly perishable and cannot ship via any other method. Failure to select this method of shipping will result in the shipping charge difference being charged to your card separately.

Does someone need to be home for delivery? .
Your parcel is highly perishable and we strongly suggest you make sure there is someone home to receive it. If you are ordering a perishable item as a gift we ask that contact the recipient once you have received a shipping confirmation and tracking number via UPS to notify them of its arrival. We do not assume responsibility damage to parcels left on doorsteps or porches.

Holiday Shipping & Pre-Ordering – .
Holiday orders require a minimum 6 weeks pre-order. This can very depending on how many large orders we are filling. It is best to place your order 8 - 12 weeks prior to any holiday to ensure delivery for that specific holiday. We do accept orders up to 6 months in advance of each holiday and 18 months in advance of weddings.
