Dear Staff:

Thank each one of you so very much that had a part in making my adult daughter's birthday so special.

She lives in Tucson, while we are on the east coast. Turning 39, she was going to be d pending her birthday alone and trying to ignore the day. Little did she know that she would have a birthday party at her workplace. She was surprised with delight when her "huge, extravagant, beautiful", gluten-free birthday cake was delivered this morning. She said the whole staff was "oo-ing and ah-ing" over it all morning while they waited for it to thaw to devour a piece with her this afternoon. She said the whole thing "really ROCKED!"

I myself was skeptical, but decided it was worth the risk. I was very nervous and worried that it would not arrive on time, perhaps a day early, or worse yet a day late! I was elated when I heard from her and it had been delivered this forenoon!

PERFECT CAKE - PERFECT TIMING - PERFECT SURPRISE!

I ordered my mom a sugar free, gluten free chocolate chip bundt cake for her birthday. She is a diabetic celiac and can’t have too many baked goods. The cake got to me in a very timely fashion, was well packaged and my mother really liked it very much. She was so pleased that someone is making stuff she can eat. It is hard to find sugar free stuff that is also gluten and wheat free. Most celiac safe stuff is not diabetic safe or friendly.
