Chocolate Making & Baking Camp |

by popular demand, A Each session students will learn exciting facts about chocolate, where chocolate comes from, how it is converted from bean to cocoa mass, how to turn it into edible treats and more! They will also learn baking secrets they can take home share with mom and dad. Students will create, bake, eat and experiment with a variety of scrumptious recipes, cookies, cakes, brownies, desserts and more. Each child will learn skills and techniques that will allow them to become helpers in the kitchen at home with mom and dad. |

Classes are comprised of small groups of 8 - 10 students. Students will explore
the decadent world of chocolate and baking with Chocolatiers Kimberly &
Andrew Beattie. There will be lots of yummy treats to take home each day!
Class space is limited; therefore, early sign up is encouraged. The cost for weekly camp is $325 & $50 for each one day class. To view the full schedule download the Enrollment Form. |

All classes are drop-off. Please be prompt to ensure
class begins on time. The parent/caregiver should have the child at class no more than
5 minutes before the start time and pick up is no more than 5 minutes before
the stated end time of the class. Your child must
be picked up no later than To register for classes, please call or stop by our retail store. You must pay in full for each camp session at the time of registration. Class fees are non-refundable, however, if you have a change in plans more than 14 days before the start of the session you have signed up for, you will receive a store credit in the amount of your class fee to use for a later session in the same season. In no case will refunds be given. Changes to your schedule within 14 days of class commencement cannot be accommodated. A |

Please be sure your child is dressed
appropriately to work in the kitchen. Students MUST wear shoes that fully cover the toes, sneakers or tennis shoes
with non-slip grip are recommended. No sandals, high heels, open backed shoes or flip-flops will be allowed in the kitchen area. No loose or
baggy clothing. Students with hair that touches the shoulders must be
tied back. Please note: This is a "Hands On" class and we expect the
children will get messy with chocolate, cake batters, icing, etc., so please be
washable! All parents/guardians must sign an
emergency contact/medical treatment & liability release form prior to the
start of the first class. There will be no exceptions on this. Your child will
be unable to participate until these forms are signed. |
