How "fitting" that she and my dad could have a cake "suited" to the occasion - glutenfree for her, sugarfree for him - and there was no lack of taste for the rest of us to enjoy as well. (Many of us in the family also can't have gluten and shouldn't have sugar.) It was a wonderful day for all, complete with a most delicious and beautiful cake! That’s my mom in her wedding dress - fifty years after the wedding! All of the third graders were oohing and aahing over the realistic cakescape. AND it was delicious to boot! THANK YOU A Bountiful Harvest!!
